Founded in 2016 by an international student studying in the US, who recognized the challenges US universities face in effectively recruiting international students. Seeing a clear gap in the process, we set out to bridge the divide between students and US institutions. Our mission began with a simple goal—helping universities connect with a diverse pool of talented students by providing the necessary support and guidance. What started with recruiting tours in India quickly expanded globally, allowing us to serve students and institutions worldwide. As we grew, our founder became a contributing member of the IEM committee, further advancing our commitment to enhancing international education. Today, we remain dedicated to creating seamless pathways for students around the world to access quality higher education in the US, ensuring both students and universities thrive in a more connected world.

Simpled was founded with a mission to transform international student recruitment. We launched our first Undergraduate Recruitment Tour in India, setting the stage for a new era of high-impact student engagement.

We forged pivotal partnerships with U.S. Commercial Services, the Community Colleges for International Development (CCID), and AIRC, strengthening our credibility. We also launched exclusive recruitment programs for Community Colleges, redefining pathways for student mobility.

As our Undergraduate tours expanded, we became a trusted partner for universities and community colleges. Our relentless focus on delivering exceptional recruitment experiences led us to establish the industry standard—integrating pre-tour consulting and post-tour outreach into our model.

Recognizing the need for deeper institutional partnerships, we hosted the first-ever Simpled Partnership Conclave, a groundbreaking event fostering collaborations between Indian and international universities. This reinforced our commitment to shaping global education networks.

With over 15 successful recruitment tours across India, we strengthened our role as a bridge between U.S. institutions and Indian students. The resounding success of our first Partnership Conclave led to a second, further solidifying our impact on international education.

When the world paused, we accelerated. In response to COVID-19, we swiftly transitioned to virtual platforms, ensuring universities could continue connecting with students. Our resilience and adaptability positioned us for strategic expansion post-pandemic.

Building on our momentum, we launched Graduate Recruitment Tours in India and the Middle East, offering universities new avenues to engage with high-caliber students seeking postgraduate opportunities. Our partnerships with U.S. Commercial Services and CCID continued to thrive, reinforcing our leadership in the sector.

This year marked a new milestone as we announced an annual partnership with Pearson, enhancing the quality of our recruitment events. At the NAFSA Annual Conference, we hosted the Boat IEM Network Event, a premier networking experience for industry leaders. Pearson was designated as our Official Testing Partner for all in-person, virtual, and hybrid events—a testament to our influence in the international education landscape.
