COUNSELING E-CONCLAVE?
The Simpled College Admission Counseling E-Conclave is a virtual event to facilitate global interaction among counselors and institutions to engage in pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings to develop professional connections, discuss crucial industry topics and student enrollment practices during these uncertain times.
The dates for the event are July 6-7, 2020.
How does it work?
Our e-conclave makes it easy, convenient & efficient for you to create a schedule and execute meetings with the choice of your high schools. Please go through steps 1, 2 & 3 to learn more.

BROWSE
HIGH SCHOOLS & COUNSELOR PROFILES
All registrants will be provided a unique ID & Password to access our online portal. Registrants will be able to browse profiles of high schools & counselors. The profiles will feature a short bio & list relevant information about each high school to help universities identify the right-fit high schools for their institutions.

BOOK MEETINGS
& CONDUCT VIRTUAL ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS.
All registrants will have access to our online portal 10 days before the event start date. During these dates attendees will request and book meetings with counselors. On the event dates, you will be able to log into our portal and conduct all pre-scheduled meetings with ease over our portal.

RUN VIDEO MEETINGS
RIGHT FROM INSIDE THE WEB PORTAL.
NO DOWNLOADS OR SOFTWARE NEEDED.
On the day of the event, you will be able to easily login to the same web portal you used to schedule meetings.
You can conveniently start the video meetings from your right from your schedule.
Our innovative web portal does not require you to exchange information, send calendar invites, zoom links etc.
